Housekeeping Supervisor (Luxury Hospitality)

A skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor is sought to join a prestigious luxury hospitality team. The role requires expertise in five-star housekeeping standards, effective team leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain luxury standards.
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and ensure duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance, including onboarding new team members.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns to guarantee satisfaction.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, including staff schedules, inventory levels, and housekeeping logs.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a five-star luxury hotel or resort.
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and luxury service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
