We are looking for a Housekeeper Team Leader to join our team.
- Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa , Immediate Joining
- 2-3 years of experience as housekeeping team leader
- UAE Experience in 5* Hotel (or Holiday Homes) is preferred
You are responsible for daily assigned duties as instructed by supervisors while adhering to hotel policies and procedures, and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Supervise and motivate the housekeeping attendant team, providing guidance and support.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.
- Train new and existing employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and address any deficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility/property.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and in proper working order.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Inform Supervisor to place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Track and manage the use of cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of work schedules, inventory, and inspections.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
- Clean looking, good grooming and personal hygiene is a must.
- Knowledge of English language.
- Should be flexible with timings or increased timings.
