Housekeeping Team Leader

Job Title: Deputy Housekeeper / Team Leader Location: Dubai, UAE 4-Star Hotel We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Housekeeper to join our team at a reputable 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the property. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations Supervise housekeeping staff including room attendants, public area attendants, and linen staff Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and inventory Prepare duty rosters and staff schedules Train, guide, and motivate team members Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skills in English Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and inventory control Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards Currently in UAE and available to join immediately is preferred
