Houseman with Handyman experience

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Houseman/Handyman to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning, common areas, and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as laundry and inventory management. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning on interior exterior
• Pool Responsibilities (knowledge preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 1 year of experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills
