Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, hallways, lobbies, and guest corridors through thorough cleaning and sanitation practices
• Assist with floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe
• Restock supplies in common areas and assist with replenishing amenities in guest rooms as needed
• Support housekeeping staff by transporting linens, trash, and cleaning supplies efficiently throughout the property
• Perform routine janitorial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation with attention to detail
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored according to safety standards
• Respond promptly to guest requests or maintenance needs in public areas to uphold service excellence

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques for various surfaces and floor care equipment
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service principles
• Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning environments is a plus
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
• Basic understanding of janitorial safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals
