Job description

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

3. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

4. Benefits and Compensation: Develop and implement benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.

5. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, health and safety, and workers' compensation.

7. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

8. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to measure employee performance and provide feedback.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in HR management or a related field.

2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, health and safety, and workers' compensation.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with employees, management, and external partners.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in HR metrics and analytics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
