Key responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: Work with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives and create policies that foster a healthy work environment.
- Talent management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes; develop and implement strategies for talent and leadership development and succession planning.
- Employee relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues, and manage employee relations programs.
- Compensation and benefits: Design and administer compensation and benefits plans, and manage payroll and performance review processes.
- Compliance and administration: Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations; maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS).
- HR metrics and reporting: Monitor key HR metrics like turnover rates and cost-per-hire, analyze HR data, and prepare reports for management.
- Training and development: Develop and organize learning and professional development programs for employees.
Required qualifications and skills
- Proven experience in a senior HR role or similar position.
- Hands-on experience with HR software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and payroll systems.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and employment laws.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and HR processes.
