Key responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership: Work with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives and create policies that foster a healthy work environment.
  • Talent management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes; develop and implement strategies for talent and leadership development and succession planning.
  • Employee relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues, and manage employee relations programs.
  • Compensation and benefits: Design and administer compensation and benefits plans, and manage payroll and performance review processes.
  • Compliance and administration: Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations; maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS).
  • HR metrics and reporting: Monitor key HR metrics like turnover rates and cost-per-hire, analyze HR data, and prepare reports for management.
  • Training and development: Develop and organize learning and professional development programs for employees.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role or similar position.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and payroll systems.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and employment laws.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and HR processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs135,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
