We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to manage the day-to-day HR operations within our school. This role is essential for supporting our staff and ensuring our HR practices align with our mission and all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for all staff.
  • ​Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
  • ​Handle comprehensive new hire onboarding.
  • ​Serve as the primary contact for all employee inquiries.
  • ​Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.
  • ​Ensure the school's HR practices maintain legal compliance.
  • ​Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • ​Support and coordinate the performance review process.
  • ​Process payroll input and administer employee benefits.
  • ​Identify needs and coordinate staff training and development.
  • ​Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within an educational setting or school system.
  • ​Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • ​Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
