Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator with 3–4 years of experience to support the HR team at our Chandler and Deer Valley locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Support HR processes such as benefits enrollment, policy communication, and employee queries.
  • Draft and issue HR documents including offer letters, employment verification, and other official correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee data at all times.
  • Support HR team in implementing policies and maintaining compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site at Chandler and Deer Valley locations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR software such as ADP, Paylocity, or similar.
  • Familiarity with U.S. labor law and payroll coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing organization.
