Job Description – HR & Admin

Location: Ghansoli, Millennium Business Park
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: ₹10,000- ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive who can support daily HR operations, manage documentation backlogs, assist in recruitment, handle employee grievances, and oversee basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple internal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Work on clearing pending/backlog documentation and ensuring records are accurate.

Recruitment

  • Support end-to-end hiring activities including sourcing, screening.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates.

Employee Relations

  • Address basic employee grievances and escalate critical concerns to HR Manager.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives.

Admin Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support admin operations.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities.

Engagement & Events

  • Coordinate Fun Friday activities and help in organizing internal events.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or Admin (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working full-time from the office
