We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources support and daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll data and employee coordination
  • Handle office administration and facility management
  • Prepare reports, notices, and official correspondence
  • Handle GOSI and LMRA registrations, renewals, and compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and office administration
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
