HR ADMIN

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, knowledgeable of Bahrain labor law, and experienced in HR processes, compliance, and documentation. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR administration and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and Bahrain Labor Law requirements are followed.
  • Assist with work permits, visa documentation, and government compliance (LMRA coordination).
  • Prepare HR reports including attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Assist with posting job ads on platforms like Indeed and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and support the onboarding process.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and joining documentation in compliance with Bahraini law.

Employee Support & Communication

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support HR team with performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR administration experience, preferably in Bahrain.
  • Solid understanding of Bahrain Labor Law, HR compliance, and government processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
