Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR ADMIN to join our team in Grapevine, TX. This role involves supporting the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation and excellent employee support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and related paperwork
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
  • Assist with payroll administration and timesheet tracking

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional HR certification is a plus
