HR ADMIN

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin to support our HR and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment support, familiarity with Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. This is an immediate joiner position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on Indeed, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in the HR system or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in HR reporting and provide recruitment metrics to HR management.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records maintenance.
  • Coordinate HR events, job fairs, and internal HR initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR administration or recruitment support (0–2 years preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures.
  • Experience posting jobs on Indeed or other online job portals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate availability is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.
