Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities — job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage onboarding formalities and maintain employee personal files.
- Record and monitor attendance, leaves, and monthly HR reports through systems such as Pagar.
- Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and staff welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and maintain confidentiality of all employee records.
- Assist in PMS (Performance Management System) evaluation and review processes.
- Prepare and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Draft and update Job Descriptions for new and existing positions.
B. Office Administration
- Oversee daily branch operations, office cleanliness, and maintenance activities.
- Manage front office operations including handling incoming calls, emails, and student/visitor queries.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and refreshments, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate vendor payments, service requests, and ensure smooth vendor relations.
- Support organization of internal meetings, student seminars, and branch-level events.
- Prepare and submit weekly administrative updates and reports to the Branch/Operations Head.
C. Accounts Support
- Maintain petty cash records and daily expense vouchers.
- Verify and submit vendor invoices to the Accounts Department.
- Track payments, reimbursements, and bill settlements accurately.
- Assist in preparing monthly branch expense reports and budget summaries.
- Support in Tally data entry and client payment follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Preferred Qualification: MBA in HR & Finance.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR and office administration (preferably in the education or service sector).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good typing, communication, and coordination skills.
- Language fluency in English and Malayalam (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
