Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone organized and proactive, ready to support HR operations and ensure seamless administrative processes in a dynamic hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage HR operations and support employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires
  • Provide administrative support and assist with office management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality sector
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of UAE labor regulations is advantageous
