Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR & Admin Executive to oversee recruitment, administrative operations, and basic accounts support for our corporate and event management organization. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hiring, employee engagement, general office administration, vendor coordination, and assist with accounts and payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & HR Operations

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, post openings on job portals, and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
  • Handle employee induction, attendance, leave records, and performance appraisal coordination.
  • Maintain employee files, HR database, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and welfare initiatives.

2. Administration & Office Management

  • Handle facility management and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support event teams with HR and admin coordination before and during events.

3. Accounts & Finance Support

  • Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping and expense management.
  • Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
  • Coordinate with external accountants/auditors for monthly reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and administration (experience in event management industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
