- Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRMS data.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and warning notices.
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement activities.
- Track leaves, late coming, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate for training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Maintain compliance-related documentation as required.
Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations including housekeeping, stationery, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and services.
- Manage office assets, IT equipment allocation, and maintain inventory records.
- Handle travel bookings, meeting room arrangements, and logistics.
- Ensure proper office discipline and smooth administrative workflow.
- Assist in facility management and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and basic compliance.
- Professional and positive attitude.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate (Any Field) / MBA in HR preferred.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or HR & Admin profile.
