Job Role includes but not limited to :

1. Employee hiring, induction, management & training

2. Maintain employee records & HR documentation; assist with payroll coordination, attendance, leave managements & performance evaluation

2. Facilitation & Management of Business / Work Travel & Related activities

3. Supporting Event Management activities

4. Company policy Implementation and Fostering positive work culture

5. Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues professionally

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
