Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Mumbai – Andheri MIDC
Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Manage employee payroll accurately and on time
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
  • Support training and development programs
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Coordinate employee exit formalities and final settlements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Basic working knowledge of Saral Payroll
  • Good written and spoken English

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR role
  • FMCG industry background is mandatory
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
