Key Responsibilities

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain employee master data, personnel files, employee codes & trackers on OneDrive
  • Generate employee letters: Offer, Appointment, Contracts, Relieving & Experience

HRMS & ATS Management

  • Manage all HRMS modules: Profile, Leave, Attendance, Shifts, Exit, Noticeboard & Settings
  • Set up and manage complete ATS workflow

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end hiring (job posting to onboarding)
  • Preboarding: BGV, system setup, account creation (HRMS, Superworks, Teams)
  • Conduct onboarding, induction, documentation & training coordination

Performance & Payroll Support

  • Create review sheets with managers’ inputs
  • Send monthly reminders to Team Leads
  • Compile quarterly variable pay data
  • Attendance rectification, weekly review & monthly payroll reports

Leave & Helpdesk

  • Accurate leave accruals, policy updates, comp-offs & adjustments
  • Resolve HRMS helpdesk grievances within 48 hours

Policies, SOPs & Exit

  • Draft and update HR policies, handbooks, SOPs (HRMS & ATS)
  • Manage exit & offboarding processes including documentation & HRMS closure

Employee Engagement & Admin

  • Plan employee engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, anniversaries)
  • Vendor coordination: décor, food, merchandise & logistics

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
