HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibility

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and field hiring
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interview rounds
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
  • Ensure timely joining and deployment of manpower
  • Handle office administration and day-to-day admin operations
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding formalities (offer letter, joining forms, ID, etc.)
  • Manage office vendors, stationery, and basic procurement
  • Ensure proper filing and record maintenance (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate with accounts/HR for salary inputs and compliance data
  • Handle travel, meetings, and internal coordination
  • Ensure office discipline and smooth internal communication

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume / bulk hiring
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach
  • Excellent interview and candidate evaluation skills
  • Good coordination with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • MS Excel and MIS reporting skills

Education & Experience Requirements:

· Qualification: MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) / Graduation in any discipline

· Experience: 4 to 5 years.

Job location -Dindoli ,(Surat)

Job Timing-9:00 am to 06:30 pm
