We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR & Admin Executive for one of our clients in the garment manufacturing industry. The candidate will handle overall HR operations along with site administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Coordinate basic payroll-related matters
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Manage day-to-day site administration and office coordination
- Ensure smooth administrative operations and support management with routine tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in garments manufacturing industry
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and administration
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidates from nearby areas will be preferred

Only candidates with relevant garments industry experience will be considered.
