HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR & Admin Executive for one of our clients in the garment manufacturing industry. The candidate will handle overall HR operations along with site administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate basic payroll-related matters
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support
  • Manage day-to-day site administration and office coordination
  • Ensure smooth administrative operations and support management with routine tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in garments manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations and administration
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Candidates from nearby areas will be preferred

Note:
Only candidates with relevant garments industry experience will be considered.

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternative Saturdays)
