HR & Admin Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to manage

day-to-day accounting operations along with office administration and payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

● Maintain bookkeeping, ledger, accounts payable & receivable

● Generate invoices and follow up for payments

● Process payroll including PF, PT, TDS & F&F settlements

● Perform bank reconciliation (BRS)

● Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance

● Prepare MIS reports and expense tracking

● Handle export invoices, packing list & shipment documentation

Administration:

● Manage office operations and supplies

● Maintain employee records and documentation

● Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements & vendor communication

● Support audit documentation and compliance

Required Skills:

● Experience in Tally / ERP & MS Excel

● Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance

● Good communication & coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
