HR & Admin Executive (internship)

Viper Group is looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, employee life-cycle management, payroll processing, compliance, and providing administrative support to the management and employees.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, overtime, bonuses, reimbursements, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee database, personal files, attendance records, leave records, and all other HR-related documents in both digital and physical formats
  • Communicate effectively with employees on HR policies, benefits, queries, offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and other employment-related matters
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, background verification, induction, exit formalities, full & final settlement, handling resignations, and terminations
  • Must have good working knowledge of basic HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices
  • Prepare HR letters, experience certificates, relieving letters, and other official documentation as required
  • Coordinate with finance, admin, and other departments for smooth HR operations
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes, employee engagement activities, and maintaining a positive work culture
  • Preferred experience: 6 months to 1 years in core HR operations & payroll processing
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English

Timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday & Saturday till 2:00 PM
This is on premises Jon at DHA Phase 2 Extension Karachi
