Job Title: HR & Admin Intern
Department: HR & Administration
Reports To: HR Manager / Admin Executive

Role Overview:

The HR & Admin Intern will assist both HR and Administration teams in daily operations, including recruitment support, documentation, office management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

  • Prepare and post job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Update HR databases and maintain employee files.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support in ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and admin practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
