Job Description – Senior HR Manager (HR Head)

Position: Senior HR Manager (HR Head)

Location: Sakinaka/Kanjurmarg

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Offered CTC: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and stable HR & Admin Manager to manage the full spectrum of HR operations. The role will focus on handling performance evaluations, discipline monitoring, employee documentation, grievance redressal, and general HR administration. The position is suited for a proactive professional with a structured approach, preferably with experience in service and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, compliance, and exit formalities.

· Administer performance appraisal processes ensuring timely evaluations and development tracking.

· Monitor and implement workplace discipline, handle non-compliance professionally, and support managers in enforcement of company policies.

· Address employee grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and ensure timely resolution.

· Oversee HR records management, statutory compliance, and internal audits.

· Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and organizational culture-building activities.

· Maintain updated HR databases and dashboards, providing reports to management as required.

· Assist in recruitment for junior and mid-level roles, ensuring fitment and cultural alignment.

Candidate Profile:

· Gender Preference: Female candidates only.

· Age Requirement: Preferably above 35 years.

· Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Administration.

· Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR generalist roles, with exposure either in service or manufacturing industries.

· Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, Powai, Marol, Kurla, Sakinaka or nearby areas preferred.

· Career Stability: Preference for candidates with consistent career history; candidates with frequent job changes or unexplained employment gaps will not be considered.

Additional Notes:

· Mode of Work: On-site, full-time office role (not hybrid/remote).

· Strong preference for candidates with long-term career objectives and a stable professional background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
