Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to handle recruitment, employee relations, administration, and coordination with external government departments. The ideal candidate must have strong hiring capabilities and active market connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding.
Build and maintain strong hiring pipelines through market contacts and agencies.
Oversee HR operations: attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, company policies.
Handle all admin tasks: office management, procurement, vendor management, travel arrangements.
Liaise with external government departments for documentation, compliance, and official processes.
Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
Support management with reporting and day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR and admin roles.
Strong recruitment skills and solid market connections.
Experience dealing with government departments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
