HR & Admin Officer

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

We are seeking a highly organized HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources functions across our business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth administration/ HR and be the focal point of the office.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to superior officers.
  • Provide excellent support on HR and Document control activities.
  • Manage and organize schedules and deadlines
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Performing data entry and analysis
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Respond professionally to all incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails representing and dignifying the company
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Distribute, filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and departmentsSupport HR audits and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure cancellation of visas, labor cards, and related documentation in compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records.

Requirements

  • Must be currently in Qatar
  • Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Admin & HR
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR & Admin priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
