We are seeking a highly organized HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources functions across our business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth administration/ HR and be the focal point of the office.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to superior officers.
- Provide excellent support on HR and Document control activities.
- Manage and organize schedules and deadlines
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Performing data entry and analysis
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Respond professionally to all incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails representing and dignifying the company
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Distribute, filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and departmentsSupport HR audits and compliance documentation.
- Ensure cancellation of visas, labor cards, and related documentation in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
Requirements
- Must be currently in Qatar
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Admin & HR
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR & Admin priorities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
