HR & Admin Officer

Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage daily HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, effective employee management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
This role requires strong multitasking ability, leadership skills, and hands-on HR experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare attendance reports, manage leave records, and coordinate payroll
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Admin Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Handle office maintenance and security matters
- Supervise support staff (office boys, drivers, etc.)
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
