Job Title: HR & Admin Officer

Location: Kalma Chowk, Lahore (Near Gaddafi Stadium)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: PKR 70,000 per month

About Us:
We are a growing organization seeking an experienced and reliable HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources functions and oversee daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining an organized, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and performance tracking.
  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and internal documentation.
  • Support management with reporting and operational coordination.
  • Ensure workplace discipline and organizational standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and local labor regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of HR and administrative functions and contribute to the company’s operational efficiency.
