HR & Admin Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage daily HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in attendance management using Timetrax software, employee record handling, and office administration.

This role requires strong organizational skills, HR coordination experience, and the ability to support smooth workplace operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shifts through Timetrax Software
  • Maintain employee files, HR database, and documentation
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee documentation
  • Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures compliance
  • Handle employee queries related to HR matters

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and daily operational support
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory records
  • Handle staff coordination and administrative reporting
  • Ensure smooth office operations and discipline

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration
  • Practical experience with Timetrax attendance management system
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and office administration
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
