HR & Administration Officer

Ahmed Al Sheebani Real Estate L.L.C. is currently seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and professional HR & Administration Officer to support operations across multiple companies within the group.

The role requires a highly organized individual who can manage HR and administrative functions across Real Estate, Technical Services, Tourism, and Car Rental businesses (4 companies).

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR and administrative operations
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and staff compliance
  • Prepare official letters, memos, and internal reports
  • Coordinate with different departments and company management
  • Support multi-company operations and administrative requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • HR background experience is required (preferred minimum experience in HR & Administration)
  • Experience in Real Estate, Technical Services, Tourism, or Car Rental industries is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR and administrative processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and willing to work in a multi-company environment
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Preferred Candidate

  • Candidates with strong HR background experience will be prioritized
  • Fresh candidates with willingness to learn, follow management instructions, and grow in HR also be considered
