HR & Admin Officer

About Us

Elegant Qubes Decorations LLC is a leading interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, specializing in innovative design solutions and premium-quality décor projects. We pride ourselves on creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to join our growing team and oversee daily administrative and HR functions.

HR Operations & Compliance

o Execute and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements. o Maintain up-to-date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
o Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding as per management’s staffing needs.
o Support offboarding and exit formalities. o Support management in workforce planning, budgeting, and defining yearly HR KPIs.
o Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics for management review.
o Coordinate annual performance appraisal cycles and assist in goal setting.
o Conduct periodic internal HR audits to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements. o Support implementation of workplace safety, anti-harassment, and diversity policies

HR Systems & Technology

o Implement and maintain HR systems (e.g. CRM, HR portals, leave/attendance management software).
o Coordinate with IT or vendors to integrate HR tools into company infrastructure. o Ensure all staff have proper system access and training.

Administrative & Office Support:

o Handle office administration tasks such as reception coverage, stationary procurement, filing, and office supply management.
o Liaise with cleaning services and other third-party vendors to ensure service quality.
o Coordinate meetings, maintain logs, and assist CEO for general day-to-day operations.

Compensation & Benefits

o Oversee payroll inputs, leave reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll.
o Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, gratuity, and reimbursements. o Ensure salary structures and benefits remain competitive and compliant with UAE law

Talent & Culture

o Plan and execute employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and recognition activities.
o Suggest and implement creative initiatives to boost team morale and retention.
o Act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring open and positive communication

PRO & Legal Coordination:

o Support PRO-related services such as visa processing, labor card renewals, and other government documentation.
o Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and coordinate with PRO or legal advisors where necessary

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ownership mindset
  • HRIS/CRM implementation experience
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and PRO procedures
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office, HR portals, and cloud-based tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach
  • Discreet, professional, and people-oriented
  • Prior experience in design, creative, or events industry is a plus

Reports to: Group HR Manager

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • 2-4 years in HR operations or office management, preferably in a UAE-based SME or creative industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
