Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Admin Specialist to support HR operations, recruitment, and day-to-day administrative activities. The role helps ensure smooth internal processes and a well-managed office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle HR operations: employee records, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
  • Support recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and new-hire onboarding.
  • Manage administrative tasks: office supplies, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and general office upkeep.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or admin roles.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
