We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative & HR Assistant to support management with daily reporting, documentation, and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities across both companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (attendance, performance, project updates, etc.).
  • Support the Admin Manager in handling day-to-day operations and internal communication.
  • Assist with HR functions including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
  • Draft and organize official letters, memos, and internal announcements.
  • Maintain and update staff files, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment activities — posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Follow up with departments for progress updates and report submission.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and overtime records.
  • Handle office documentation, filing, and basic administrative coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin Assistance : 3 years (Required)
  • Hr : 1 year (Preferred)
