Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support the busy professional development and HR team of a global law firm. This role will act as a first point of contact for external recruiting partners, track and manage logistics, and work closely with contracted attorneys to ensure all HR functions run seamlessly. This is a great opportunity for a recent grad with legal HR internship experience or someone with a year of professional experience working in legal HR or professional development.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate with recruiting partners on attorney staffing requests
Manage multiple department calendars
Coordinate various events and meeting, including travel arrangements
Track various HR related data points and manage workflow database details
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's Degree
Professional communication and organization skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
Proficient with Microsoft 365, experience with iManage a plus

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
