Job Description Summary
Performs functions in support of the Human Resources Department. The primary function is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Vice President and Human Resources Manager and the Human Resources staff.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile during 100% of shift, climbing stairs 15% of shift and/or sitting at a desk/work station. The individual must be able to perform duties within hot, normal, and cold temperature ranges, maintain attendance in conformance with standards, and maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must have the ability to grasp, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on a continuous schedule. The individual must be able reach overhead on an intermittent basis. Must have sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
