HR Administrative Assistant - Female saudi national

Summary

  • Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, resignations, and status changes


  • Track attendance, leaves, and assist payroll data preparation
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR activities
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of information
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in HR or administrative role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in HR systems ( is an advantage)
