HR Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Summary

CVM USA is seeking a dependable and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support our People & Culture team. This role provides administrative and operational support across several HR functions, including recruiting, payroll processing, employee records management, research, and HR projects.

This position is ideal for someone with at least two years of HR experience who is curious, analytical, and eager to continue building a career in Human Resources. The HR Administrative Assistant will work closely with HR leadership and serve as a trusted support partner across a variety of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related documentation
  • Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation
  • Enter and maintain employee information in ADP Workforce Now (HRMS)
  • Conduct HR-related research and help identify solutions or best practices when questions arise
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Handle confidential employee information with a high level of integrity and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now (HRMS) preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in growing within the HR field
