The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes handling employee records, assisting in recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, warning letters, and performance forms.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Provide administrative support to HR management as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,053.33 per month
