HR Administrator

Position Overview: The HR Administrator supports core HR operations with an emphasis on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience. This role partners with hiring managers to post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers, while also managing background/reference checks and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The HR Administrator maintains accurate HR records, org charts, and company directories, supports engagement and recognition initiatives, tracks training compliance, and assists with benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages recruitment process; works with managers to update job descriptions and postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews as needed. Maintains current market research on active job boards for maximum exposure.
  • Initiates background and reference checks, creates offers of employment, and coordinates a smooth onboarding process for new hires as well as hiring departments.
  • Assures the maintenance of human resource databases and related employee records systems, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Implements and maintains Company-wide Org Chart; maintains master list of company contacts.
  • Works closely with Director of Human Resources on engagement activities, including birthdays/anniversaries, recognition program, adherence to Company values.
  • Assists with the planning and implementation of training programs. Responsible for tracking employee training progress and ensuring compliance.
  • Assists with the administration of Benefits

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in HR admin, admin assistant, or relevant role
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding,
  • Personnel files/HRIS data entry
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines (onboarding, benefits windows, reporting)

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Bilingual is a plus

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work onsite in our American Canyon, California operations center.
  • Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
