Responsibilities

1. Onboarding:

o Ensure that all documentation related to the interview process is retrieved and aligns with the onboarding checklist.

o Submitting Tech requests

o Enrolling on bio metric machine

o ResoruceInn credentials

o Setting up employee cards

o Benefit Enrollment

2. Employee Records management:

o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

o Managing employee databases and HRIS (ResoruceInn)

o Handling documentation related to employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

o Managing HR documentation, files, and correspondence

o Maintaining accurate employee records for all former and current employees.


3. Employee separation:

o Decommissioning employee

o Removing from bio metric

o Collecting employee card or any company equipment


4. Attendance and Leave Management:

o Tracking and managing employee attendance and leaves

o Ensuring compliance with company leave policies and regulations.

5. Training and Development:

o Assisting in creation of training materials and resources.

o Assist in conducting HR related Trainings for all Employees


6. HR Policies and Procedures:

o Assisting in the development and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures

o Communicating HR Polices to employees and ensuring compliance.


7. Employee Relations:

o Handling and address Conflict

o Addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to HR matters but not limited to the following.

i. Company Transportation

ii. Employee Medical

iii. Providing experience letters when needed

iv. Experience Letter

v. Tax

8. Performance Management:

o Assisting in coordinating performance reviews

o Assisting in maintaining all corrective actions, disciplinary documents in a centralized location

9. Data Reporting and Analysis

o Compiling HR related data and generating reports


10. Compliance:

o Collaborating with relevant departments and building management to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

o Ensuring HR Practices are in line with legal requirements.


11. Payroll Processing Support:

o Assist with timesheet preparation and basic salary inputs

o Support commission, incentive, and bonus calculations

o Help coordinate employee deductions and payslip distribution

o Liaise with Accounts for payroll disbursement


12. Employee events and Engagements:

o Organizing Company Events

o Peeks into Personality
