Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and have a working knowledge of payroll, salary processing, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and new employee orientation.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and benefits information.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Accounts and Finance: Manage company accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Invoicing and Billing: Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify potential risks.
- Office Administration: Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- HR Support and Queries: Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR and financial reports, including payroll reports, employee data analysis, and other metrics to support business decision-making
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with payroll processing and invoicing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with care.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
