• Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding activities.
• Policy & Compliance Oversight: Assist with policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, and process updates to align with regulations.
• Employee Support: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Payroll & Benefits Processing: Assist with payroll functions, benefits enrollment, and updates with a high level of accuracy.
