HR ADVISOR

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The role will provide professional HR guidance to management and employees while ensuring full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and local HR regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to management and employees
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Bahrain Labor Law
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
  • Advise on contracts, terminations, notices, and end-of-service benefits
  • Coordinate with LMRA, SIO, MOL, and other authorities as required
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports
  • Support performance management and HR initiatives
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with local HR procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role in Bahrain
  • Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR processes
  • Hands-on experience dealing with LMRA, SIO, MOL procedures
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple HR matters independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certifications are an advantage
  • Experience across multi-industry environments
