POSITION OVERVIEW
Cushman and Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, is inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst at our India Office in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in analytics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision-making through analytics and visualization. The analyst will support HR initiatives by leveraging tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and Workday, and will play a key role in enhancing employee experience through data-driven storytelling and reporting.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The role has responsibility for:

Data Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decisions. Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools. -
Presentation Development:
Create presentations and visualizations for various stakeholders including senior leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional partners. Translate complex data into clear, visual narratives to support decision-making -
HR Metrics & KPIs:
Track and report on key HR metrics such as Talent Acquisition, Attrition, DEI etc. Provide actionable recommendations based on data. Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting. -
Process Optimization:
Use data to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and employee experience. Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement solutions. -
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR leaders, business units, and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in data reporting and insights. -
Technology Enablement:
Leverage platforms like Workday, Help Hub, and internal intranet systems to extract and manage data efficiently.
Preferred Qualification and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in Analyst or a similar role, preferably within HR or related functions.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and other analytics tools. (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems, Workday etc.).

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.

Experience in data analysis and leadership presentations

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
