Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Sourcing, screening & coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll inputs – attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Handle office admin tasks: stationery, housekeeping, maintenance, vendor coordination.
  • Prepare reports in Excel and manage email communication.
  • Support statutory compliance: PF, ESI, bonus, minimum wages (if required).
  • Handle SIM activation, ID cards, and other admin operations (only if needed by your company).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for day-to-day requirements.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Male candidates only required
  • 1.5 year to 2 year minimum experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel & email drafting.
  • Basic HR/Admin knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask & manage office operations.

Qualification

  • Any Degree (HR/Admin background preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,465.82 - ₹20,225.28 per month
