HR AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are seeking a competent and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience and a good understanding of HR operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files
  • Support recruitment processes and onboarding procedures
  • Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HR coordination
  • Manage office administration tasks and documentation
  • Coordinate with management for HR and administrative requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in HR/Admin role
  • Good knowledge of UAE HR practices and office administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred:

  • Male candidates preferred
  • Candidates from Kerala preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
