HR and Admin Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance monitoring, while also handling day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, on boarding, and employee records.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR policies.
  • Handle employee engagement, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Oversee office administration, documentation, and compliance.
  • Liaise with management for HR planning and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Males Candidates only preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:
